Final approval of any visa is decided only by Indonesian Immigration.

2. No Guarantee

We do not guarantee visa approval.

All decisions are made by the authorities.

We are not responsible for refusals, delays, or changes in regulations.

3. Client Responsibilities

Clients must:

Follow Indonesian laws

Respect deadlines

We are not responsible for problems caused by false or incomplete information.

4. Fees & Payments

All service fees will be clearly communicated before processing.

Payments are non-refundable once processing has started, unless stated otherwise.

Government fees are separate from service fees.

Refunds are only given if agreed in writing.

No refund for government rejection or personal cancellation.
